Contractors Environmental Legal Liability (CELL)
The CELL policy provides occurrence pollution liability (including mold with occurrence trigger) coverage for pollution incidents arising out of the operations of contractors and consultants including:
  • Third Party Bodily Injury, Property Damage and Cleanup arising from a Pollution Incident
  • Pollution Incidents from Transported Cargo
  • Blanket Non-Owned Location Pollution Liability coverage including Clean-up Costs
  • Blanket Time-Element Site Pollution coverage for owned and operated facilities including Clean-up Costs
  • Emergency Response Expenses (No sublimit)
  • Defense outside the limits and not subject to the deductible
  • Occurrence Coverage Trigger for all coverages
  • Broad definition of pollutants including mold and legionella
  • Practice, Project Specific, Owner Controlled or Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs
  • Limits up to $30M
Environmental Protection Insurance Coverage Package (EPIC PAC)
EPIC Pac provides a unique combination of General Liability, Contractors Pollution Liability, Site Pollution Liability and Professional Liability. EPIC Pac provides comprehensive coverage to protect the vast majority of manufacturing and distribution companies, fixed site facility operators, as well as those involved in environmental contracting or consulting operations.
