Ironshore’s Management and Professional Liability Division, IronPro, headquartered in New York, offers Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Pension Trust, Fidelity insurance and an array of professional liability insurance products. IronPro services public companies, private companies, not for profits, limited liability companies, financial institutions, limited partnerships, real estate investment trusts and joint ventures.

IronPro writes on an admitted and excess and surplus basis with both retail and wholesale producers.

IronPro’s Diverse Product Offerings.
D&O Public. Indemnifies the Company and its directors and officers for securities claims and insures directors and officers for wrongful acts.

Side A Public. Indemnifies individuals for wrongful acts in their capacity as directors and officers, when the corporation does not indemnify.

D&O Private and NonProfit. Policies can be sold as singular policy purchases or in packages. The component pieces include Pension Trust, Fidelity, EPLI, and E&O.

Pension Trust Liability. A specialized form of errors and omissions (E&O) insurance for fiduciaries of retirement plans and other employee benefit plans.

Employment Practices Liability Insurance. Stand alone broad form policy that protects the entity, its employees and directors and officers from employment practices claims and third party claims.

Professional Errors & Omissions. Protects the insured against errors or omissions in the execution of professional services for third parties.

Excess Follow Form Insurance. Available for all products listed. The policy is a stream-lined, user-friendly, 1-page policy.

For Side A, we will offer limits up to $25 million. For all other lines we will offer limits up to $15 million.
