Healthcare Professional Liability » Drop Down Coverage Details

IronHealth provides Hospital Professional Liability insureds with added security during some of the most potentially disruptive, high-profile events. By daring to look at drop down coverage differently, we designed our Healthcare Professional Liability Follow Form Excess Policy to be there when the primary carrier excludes the expense. Even when IronHealth is a “high excess” player, our policy drops down and fills the gaps, providing critical coverage for:

Charity Care Coverage

In conjunction with our Follow Form Excess policy, we offer drop-down coverage for claims made against employees of our hospital insured — e.g., doctors, nurses, technicians, or other medical practitioners or employees — arising out of wrongful acts committed by those employees while performing charitable medical services with the permission of the hospital.

  • Limits up to $1,000,000/$1,000,000 available
  • Coverage for charitable medical services performed anywhere in the world
